All of them need not be substantive Justices of that Court: two of\nthem could be Justices of Appeal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the matter\nbefore the Supreme Court does not require a final decision of the Court, say\nfor instance, interlocutory applications, such as an application for leave to\nfile documents after the time for doing so has expired, 3 Judges can form a\nquorum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But the party\nwhich loses the application could ask for that decision to be reviewed by the\nfull bench of 5 Justices, and their decision is final. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Supreme Court is the final Court of appeal, and has exclusive jurisdiction to determine all questions relating to the interpretation of the Constitution.
