The Court of Appeal has ordered Dr. Samura Kamara to immediately report to the Anti-Corruption Commission for criminal investigations against him. The Court of Appeal Hon. Justices: Ivan Sesay, Alhaji Momoh-Jah Stevens and Adrian Fisher said if Dr. Samura Kamara pays the money recommended by the Government White Paper he must not be prosecuted.
